How do I get Tasker to autostart itself?

I love Tasker, but I can't believe that it can't autostart itself. After I reboot my palmtop I have to manually start Tasker. I don't see an option in Tasker to have it autostart either. I'm using version 1.0.21u2.

Anyone know if it can do this natively or do I need to find an autostart app and add Tasker to it?

If Tasker's On - Off switch (Tasker UI, bottom right) is "On" (green), then Tasker will load when your device reboots.

I do have the green light on in Tasker. I just rebooted and it still isn't autostarting, nor is it in the "Running" tab in Android settings. Any idea what's going on?

Looks like a reinstall fixed the problem. Thanks for all your help.

Edit: I discovered that if you move Tasker to the SD card it won't autostart.

Hi i dnt have any sd card in my phone but after reinstalling it works only once after that no more any solution for that plz

You are using a beta version of Tasker. Have you considered upgrading to the current production version?

I don't have your beta version. I am using the current beta and also checked 4.9.

Do you have a tasker icon at the top of the screen?

You reboot.
Tasker loads?
You can manually run a task?
You cannot manually run a second task?

Is that what is happening?
