How do I Get this..? Please Help!

I know what KIES is, it is something that lets you update your phone, so i searched for their website and coulkd not find KIES's official website.

I have a Samsung Galaxy Y and it is on 2.3.5 and want to update it to 2.3.6, i heard you need KIES to update BUT how in the world do i get KIES?!?

Is it free by the way?

Sorry, i'm new at this.

And yes, it is rooted.

After i update, i will get chainfire 3d 1.9 or should i get 3.3 PRO?

As far as chainfire is concerned ,do whatever you wish . even with chaifire ,the number of games will be limited due to weak processor of Galaxy Y .

What if i were to update to 2.3.7 ?? (after release) ;)

Also what about the Ice Cream Sandwich??? I heard that there will be a release for the galaxy y and that it is 4.0 so will that mean ALL games will be playable!? :eek:

Which is better the Galaxy y: Ice Cream Sandwich 4.0 or Ginger Bread 2.3.7? :confused:
 
There is little difference between 2.3.6 and 2.3.7 so you won't feel anything missing .
Galaxy y has arm V6 processor
ICS is way out of its league .
Samsung has announced ICS only for gs2 and gNote
Even galaxy S,W are not going to be upated
Even so an unofficial ,ICS port will run pretty slow .
A V7 and above processor is a must for ICS which galaxy Y doesn't have .
An os update won't upgrade your processor instructions or gpu ,so NO ,ICS or 2.3.7 won't make games compatible .
