I want to get more of the one touch dialing icons that came with the phone, and I can't figure out how to get them or how to change the person already entered. What do I do?? HELP!! (total newbie btw)

long press the home screen. When the menu pops up, select shortcut. From there you can either select contact, which will give you the option to call, text or email, or you can select direct dial, which does what it sounds like.
