So so what is the easiest way to make a bootanimation for our phones?

I would like to make one with sound.

Also am I only allowed to change the VM animation or can I also change the HTC one too?
 
not sure what the easiest way or best way to make your own bootanination..but i know there are tutorials online..i used to have one that walked you through the whole process buti forget where i got it from..im sure if you google search it or xda search it you will find what you are looking for..i think it was xda :rolleyes:
