Help How do I move pictures from between existing folders?

I have an LG Optimus T and I've been trying to organize my gallery so I downloaded the 'Ctrl Folder' app but it only lets me move pictures to new folders. Is there a free app that I can download to move pictures from an existing folder to another? If there isn't is it possible to do what I'm trying to do?

Astro File Manager is the gold standard for file/folder management. If you're comfortable moving files around the file structure, that's what you want to use. Free/ad-supported, with a "Pro" option if you think it's awesome, which I do.
