Help How do I populate the home screen with all my apps?

I have disabled Facebook home and am using the stock Android home screen. How do I automatically move all the apps in my app drawer to the home screen without having to drag each of them individually? I want it to be like an iPhone where all the apps are readily available without having to go into another menu to find them.
