how do i Reinstall android?

I bought a cheap Chinese tablet a while ago, recently found it and turned it on, to which it asked for my gmail username and password !! I forgot them.

With spending a hour trying all the key combinations i could on the device to access recovery mode it was apparent that this would not work.

Got in touch with the manufacture of the device only to be given a img file with no instructions and the useful information of

If you do not know how to install it, you could ask your friends who is good at it , or ask your repairman to do it for you

So here i am, due to the crappy Chinese and their CBA attitude, towards their customers.

So i have a img which windows cannot read, a tablet that cannot be used and a question of what do i do ???

I cannot remember any of my Google login details not even my email or recovery options.
