The lack of the option to uninstall usually means that it a system app and you must root to remove it. Is your objection to the app that you want to free up some space or that it causes problems?
You should be able to simply disable and/or hide it.

actually this is a virus which i mistakenly installed as a result everytime i unlock my phone or open a app
my chrome opens automatically and goes to some random website which shows my oneplus one is infected and blah blah blah
Is it set as an administrator? I think you need to remove it from there before you uninstall it. If it gives you problems removing admin rights, reboot into safe mode.

You might want to do some damage control by changing password for accounts you've used since the hacked app was installed. No telling what it was doing in the background.
