How do I rename a song on my Android?

I have a Galaxy SIII, and recently synched music from my laptop to my phone. However, one CD has the tracks incorrectly named. Is there some way I can fix this? I tried highlighting the song, but I do not see "rename" in the menu. I was able to rename the tracks on my computer without much effort, but...this is proving to be a bit more confusing.

You need to use a file manager program such as ESfile explorer (free from Playstore) Renaming is then just like doing it on a pc. (and fairly obvious how)
