how do i restore my systemui ?

Do you mean you deleted the systemUI.apk (which requires root to do)? If so the simplest is probably to restore or reflash the whole ROM. You should always take a nandroid backup before messing with system files.
If you mean something else then you'll have to post again to tell us what.
