Help How do I save texted Pictures

Ok, New guy here, My wife sent me some pics via MMS (text messaging). How do I save them, I've tried holdng the screen, using the menu button. how do i save the pictures to my photos?

, long press on the image in the text then select the appropriate option to save to sd or copy to gallery etc
