Help how do I send multimedia messages? mms

I have a samsung moment and if someone can tell me how to create or download. Edit and send animated text messages I believe their called multimedia messages. mms.

start a regualr txt, press menu and then attach. you can send audiop, video, pics etc

i knew how to do that. i meant how to make or download Animated pictures that move and then edit them and forward them. thank you
