I'm afraid I don't understand the question. Emails contain text, so you must mean something more specific, but I don't know what.
Could you post again with a more detailed explanation of the problem? Include as much information as you can, including when the problem started, whether it involves messages from particular sources. We only know what you tell us, so better to give too much information than assume we know something which might be specific to your phone or problem.
