Help How do I stop my s3 from reading out incoming numbers?

I cant get it so stop reading out the name or number of incoming calls, it also does this on my calender appointments to. I have read elsewhere of this problem being caused by driving mode (which I cant seem to find in my app draw although it was there on my Nexus) - As Im writing this I discovered it also reads out the name of text message sender. I've asked s voice to disable driving mode although it isnt actually in driving mode as the screen layout looks the same.

Has anyone else encountered this?

It could also be the "talk back" feature in menu, settings, accessibility. If that's turned on try turning it off.

I found mine annoyingly talks to me to tell me when I've opened and closed a folder on the homescreen.

Have checked Talkback is off (and all the settings in it are off too) and Driving Mode is off too.

There's a toggle widget for driving mode in the notification bar drop down menu where you can see if it's selected.
