Help How do I stop the annoying bluetooth popup

Every time I enable bluetooth I get a popup showing status and a check box to make the phone visible.

It's highly annoying and I want to stop it. My bluetooth is already configured to my satisfaction thank you very much.

This never happened on the note 1 so I am thinking it may be a jellybean addition.

Seems it is a Samsung add on rather than a pure Android one.
