Help how do i stop the web pages from fitting the screen?

On my s3 i had a setting to stop pages from zooming out and fitting the screen.. where is this setting on my s5?

Hi, I don't know if this is what you are looking for, but if you go "Settings", "Accessibility", "Vision", and open"Magnification Gestures", at the top of the screen is a slider to allow you to turn this off. Phil

No thats not it. When web pages open, they are so zoomed out you cant read them without zooming in. On the s3 tgere was an option so pages opened up zoomed in already.
