Help How do I switch my Photon over to Boost?

So, my boss neglected to pay his phone bill apparently and now my Photon 4G cannot make outgoing calls.

I want to switch my phone over away from his business account to Boost Mobile if possible or Metro PCS if I cannot switch to Boost.

I don't need to port the number so I know that takes a big hurdle out of the way but I am not sure what to do in order to get the phone over to Boost.

If there is a better forum I can post this in let me know.
