How Do I Switch Screen Back From Mobile ID?

Please Help!!! How do I switch back to my original stock home screen from Mobile ID screen? I'm with Virgin Mobile, if this helps.
I installed the Mobile ID on my Galaxy Reverb and now I can't get back to the original screens that were there when I first powered up my phone!
Can someone PLEASE help me? I would really appreciate your time.

Since both of your thread were about the same thing I merged them together for you.

I don't have your phone, or Mobile ID, so I don't know the answer.

I used to be with Virgin Mobile and they used to have quick customer support. Maybe you can try give them a call if no one can answer.

Oh Thank you so much for putting these thread in the correct forums, I have no clue what I'm doing! Unfortunately, I'm not able to get any "Live" help from Virgin Mobile and there's no help in their manual. I've been on Google all day researching help and came across this forum. Maybe now that you have helped me, someone will know the answer!

Hi Yazmin, and welcome to the forums. Go to your app drawer then look for an app called mobileid. Open the app and click continue, from there you should be able to choose what setup you want. It might be under My ID if it's not try the samsung one. Good luck.

Oh! I can't thank you enough for your help, I went under the My ID App and it worked! I have the original Andriod screens back.
Virgin Mobile support kept insisting I had to re-set my phone back to the factory default, maybe I should tell them to join this forum for support!

Virgin Mobile's support tends to be terrible for most issues. I think the only thing most people give them credit for is their phone replacement, though sometimes the hoops you have to go through to get a phone replaced is annoying.
