Help how do i Sync note with outlook?

I have a new Note2 that i am trying to sync with outlook for notes.

I also have a Tab2 7.0 which i was able to sync to notes from Outlook by using Kies. But as Kies does not work with the Note 2 (says unsupported device) i have no way to even try that. Although i don't think that will work anyway.

So is there another way to sync notes from outlook to the device?

I use Companionlink for Outlook Outlook Sync Software - Sync Outlook contacts and calendar -- CompanionLink Software

Basically it goes on your PC and syncs with Google then your Note is in sync with your PC for all your calander events and whatnot.
