Help how do i text a ringtone?

I have sent a dozen ringtones to Messages on the phone but do not know how to transfer them to the ringtones list. Help?

I downloaded a ringtone maker

It is easy actually.
I send the ring tones to my email. I then save the tone. I use Astro File Manager to move the tone to the ringtone folder. done.
