Use a file manager app such as ES file explorer (free on playstore). It's just like moving files on a pc. The sdcard appears as a folder under which you can add new folders as you wish. Photos are normally in a folder called DCIM. (Confusingly the internal storage on some phones is within a folder called sdcard. The removable card being extSdCard)
