Help How do I turn off all data?

I have a 4g toggle on my razr. When I toggle off 4g it just goes to 3g

To turn off 3g, turn off "Mobile Data". You will still get 2g things (call sms). To turn off everything, airplane mode.

1. Turn off 4G and leave 3G on, you still have data, but only with lower speeds of 3G.
2. Turn off 3G and leave mobile data on, you will only get 2G speeds.
3. Turn off mobile data and and all connecitivty for Internet is lost. You can make calls and send text without problems.
