Root How do I un-install ShabbyMod 0.9?

I loaded ShabbyMod 0.9 but decided I like the stock look better on my rooted Prevail. How do I uninstall ShabbyMod?

i believe there is a link in the Shabbymod OP to remove shabby's theme but keep the rom if all you don't like is the look
