Reset this phone back to the way it came out of box?

settings > privacy > factory data reset. if you deleted the att apps using titanium backup this wont work and im not all to sure you can get them back, its possible to use odin but im not real sure

As long as your music or whatever is on the phone's internal memory itself, and not the SD card.

well i originally thought so, but i did mine last night and it removed my contacts, messages and stuff but left my music and pics im not real sure why

Plug it into the computer and manually delete the folders. That's what I did anyway.

I figured out that you can wipe the internal sd card clean from the phone. That will get all of your pics, music, etc. off of the phone.

What I did was under settings, hit SD card and phone storage. Then I unmounted the internal SD card. Once unmounted, I hit Format SD card. That wiped the storage clean.
