How do lock the dailer?

My 3 years old nephew plays my HTC Magic every time he meets me. Here is the question:

is there any app can temp lock the Dailer/aContacts/HiDailer etc. these apps which make phone calls?

I don't want my nephew call everyone from my contacts by mistake.

BTW, which app is the best for hiding my text message from other's peeking?
