How do re-arrange bookmarks?

In which app? It seems different apps handle bookmarks differently. For example XScope has different sorting options. Can you narrow the question down, please?

I use the app Bookmark sort and backup,it is very handy for making your bookmarks sort into alphabetical order in the HTC bookmarks widget.

I think the app that rtb35 posted is probably one of the easiest ways to sort bookmarks.
