Help how do stop it from updating?

i notice that if there is an update for my apps it updates automatically. which also worries my about novembers update that unroots.. how do i shut off updates on everything and i choose what i want to update???

Go in the market and hit your menu button. Hit my apps and go under all your apps and unchecked allow automatic update. So physically go into all your apps and unchecked that option.

this will stop auto updates to your apps, however it will not prevent the ota update from coming in. when it does arrive you should be asked if you want to update now and you can dismiss it you choose.

If you have Titanium Backup, you can freeze the Updater or Upgrader app. I forget which one exactly. Maybe someone else can chime in with the exact app to freeze. I'm not clear on the difference between the two.
