How Do You Access App Settings??

This is probably a stupid question, but how to I get to the settings within apps that do not have an on-screen settings button? On my old Droid Razr running ICS I had a permanent button at the bottom left corner of the screen with three horizontal lines that did this but my Note 4 does not have this button. Help. please. :)

You should be able to access app settings by pressing the menu button while in the app. Not all apps have settings menus, however.

Edit: Oops. Forgot the Note 4 has the "recent apps" button instead of a menu button.

Long press the recent apps button and a menu key should pop up on screen.

Thanks, LaTuFu. I had also noticed that the "recent apps" button replaced the very useful menu button. Is there anyone else who can help me?

The recent apps button is still the menu button, you just long press to access menu.

Also, most apps have three dots stacked in the top right corner of the screen. This is often where you can find a settings option as well.

Awesome, Thanks!! Long pressing the bottom left button does work, but it takes a little practice to get it right since the previous apps screen comes up instantly.
