How do you change the default location for the photo picker?

photo picker? what do you mean? what exactly are you trying to do? what phone do you have?
just remember the more details you give us, the better we can help you.
Whenever you need to upload a photo to this forum, Facebook, Instagram, a dialogue box will open so you can pick a photo. It defaults to opening in the same folder, I want to change that default folder
