I know how to check which version of Android you have, I have 4.0.4 but idk how to check the firmware.

Help How do you check which firmware version you have?

It should be in the same place where you checked your Android Version but it's under Build number. Samsung's firmware version is usually the first 6 characters of the build number.
I believe the most current build number is UEBLH2 for your tablet. At least that's what I've read when I googled it.
