Root how do you create a flashable system zip

I have virgin mobile after restoring it to stock from exodus I totally forgot I deleted some system apps when I first got it through a flashable bloatware removal tool which deleted a lot of stuff. Is there a way to take the system out of the flashable nj3 update and make it a flashable package. When I had the galaxy reverb we had a flashable stock system package for people who removed some system things. Is there one for this phone or how do you make one. I dont have my new laptop yet so I cant flash the ndc tar. I tried flashing the ndc odex zip and it worked but after it downloaded the system update to nj3 it just kept deleting itself and redownloading everytime I clicked reboot to install update. Any help on making a flashable system package would be greatly appreciated.

Edit: I found this kitchen tool, im going to try it when I get my Windows laptop. Ill just make the whole nj3 stock rom so I can flash it in recovery. Ive never used this kitchen before but it looks like it does all the work for you in the building process. This should work for other galaxy s3s as well if you want a flashable zip you can flash in recovery instead of having to use odin to flash the tar. Its just another option to use if you want.

Flashing a zip is fine in most cases. But it will never be a replacement for odin flashing a .tar. A .tar is an entire firmware including bootloader and modem images.
But zips are great if your device is working fine and you want stock rooted.
I could never go back to stock KitKat, lol. Been running lollipop too long, and can't wait for marshmallow.

Maybe one day a developer will figure out how to flash bootloader and moderm in a zip. I think if they can make them flash in a over the air update they should be able to make them flash in custom recovery through a flashable zip. Only time will tell though as technology advances it would be nice to be able to flash everything like you could in odin.

It can already be done. Just look at Nexus forums. Also the s3 used to have roms that updated the modem, and separate zips for the modem also. I've never seen a boot loader zip for the s3 but they do exist for other devices. On the S3 since Knox was introduced the boot loader and modem have to match pretty much so that's why do you don't see it, and don't want to mess with it. It's too easy for people to brick their device since most never read the OP they just flash stuff. I just saw someone here on androidforums ask for help because they flashed the ndc modem while still using the mk5 boot loader. The first line of the original post where they got that modem from said not to do it without updating the boot loader first. It just amazes me how careless people are with such an expensive (even now) device. Better off being safe and using Odin and flashing a tar so everything matches and then just flashing roms if you want to tinker around.

It would be nice to have a deodexed nj3 stock rom though. Actually a NJ3 tar would be nice too. Edit: or OH1 or whatever the new one is.
