How do you create a poll type thread?

How do you create a poll type thread?
I see the check box at the bottom of the form, but not how to create the poll options.

See the second post for the answer, but I discovered you can add a poll to your thread using the Thread Tools dropdown above as well.

Type out your post like you normally would.
select the poll option and how many options you want on the poll.
Hit submit new thread.
New screen will ask for options.
Guides and Mods can edit poll options if you need it.
