How do you debug apps wirelessly?

Daniel Fernandes

Now, if I had to connect my phone to Android Studio for testing an app, I have to connect it using a USB cable...

But I have a problem, my notebook has only two USB ports and both of them are occupied by the mouse and keyboard ( I prefer using an external mouse and keyboard).

So, I wanted to know if there is a way to wirelessly connect my phone either using Bluetooth or WiFi or even like how MIT App Inventor's Companion works...

I know that there is a way to do this using WiFi, but for that method, you need to connect it using USB for the first time... I don't want that...

Is there any hack or something you can use to turn Bluetooth into a USB thing? (Bluetooth is wireless USB, right?)

Oh, and that phone of mine isn't rooted...

Any ideas, suggestions and help would be appreciated..!

Wirelessly, I have no idea. But maybe you can buy a double USB port like this one
Or maybe you can use the emulator ?

I never head or read about a wireless way to debug an app, I think that Google would've tell us in their tutorials

Okay thanks. I'll get a USB hub.
Just another thing I have to ask, the notebook has a USB C port. Can I use a USB expansion thing for that? Or is there something that can convert USB C to USB A?
