Help How do you disable HTC Sync Manager?

Every time I plug my phone in to charge on my computer (Mac), I get the popup for HTC Sync Manager. I use AirDroid for all things sync so I'd like to disable this annoying nag box (and the need to eject the phone from the Mac before unplugging it).

I was able to do it with my previous phone (Desire X) but I'm still learning my way around this one. Any advice?

Hi did you have any luck with this ? I am having the same problem - i've looked in the phones file floders and can't seem to find it. This (along with them disabling mounting the phone) is one of the reasons I will not purchase another HTC phone.

For me i just rename PCTOOL.ISO to PCTOOL.ISO.bak with root explorer but with root permission obviously
