How do you get a refund from the android market

So I downloaded Printershare from Dynamix and tried out the free version which worked well on my htc evo.

After the free prints ran out I bought the $10 premium key and now it doesn't work.

I emailed Dynamix to see if they can do something to help me fix it, but I have gotten nothing back. So of course Im outside the 15 min refund limit.

Is there anyway to dispute this charge through google or something?

Historically I always uninstalled from the market and it refunded me but that was back when you got a day. Beyond that I havent messed with it.

Yeah I wish it was that simple, I was past the 15 min before I knew it didn't work, now I'm days out and they will not reply.

Gosh that really blow hot steams I do hate the 15 minutes refund policy :/ Only thing I can think of is to file a fradulant claim with the credit card company you use to buy from the Market.
