Help How do you get something NOT to come up in the Gallery?

I have a ton of album art on my phone from all the music I put on it but when I go through my gallery all those pictures come up, it's make the gallery very cluttered and tough to find pictures buried in all that clutter. Is there anyway to make it so that they don't come up in the gallery?

If it's album art you can rename the picture to albumart.jpg and the Gallery will not display it anymore, but it's still discoverable by other apps (such as a media player so that it still shows the album cover)

If it's little thumbnails or something that you would never care to see, then you can put a .nomedia file in there to hide them.

I think you can also rename the folder to have a dot (".") before the folder name (.folder) and this will hide the entire folder.
