How do you get to home screen from car dock mode?

Can't figure out how to get out of the car dock mode while it is in the dock. Is it possible?

Exit the dock app. menu key --> exit, IIRC - or else, use the back key as soon as it pops up. but, if you press the home key, it takes you back into he car app if it is in the car dock.

Get car dock home v3 from the market or any of the other third party apps. Stock app sucks and you will never be happy with it
