How do you know when Boost will be adding new phones?

I have a ZTE Warp, which is on the road out--it crashes, it freezes, it's making me crazy. I do like its great big screen. I'd really like a Samsung Mega or a Samsung Note. Is there any chance that Boost will be adding one of those in the next six months or so?

If not, I'm thinking the LG Optimus F7 is the best choice for me, because the reviews are good and the screen is pretty big. I use email and the browser and texting, but I rarely use apps or play music or video...so it's hard for me to justify the extra spend for the Galaxy SIII. I just like a gigundo screen. Any ideas for me?

Keep checking boostmobile.com for new phones. Also, this forum usually gets notification of new phones coming to each carrier. I no longer have Boost so i don't keep up with them daily.

Check out other prepaid options before you commit to a new phone w/Boost. Many of the prepaid carriers are now carrying some really good phones and some have better plans and better coverage (depending on your area) than Boost.

I was in same situation recently so I started flashing custom ROMs in the Warp root forum to see if performance and stability would improve. The answer is a resounding yes and now I plan to keep my Warp indefinitely.

I work in a Boost store and we get this news letter, typically when there is a new phone coming. It will appear on there.

Same here. Depending on who your merchant is for phones you can get the information really early. If you want to Miguel, PM me and we can discuss "things" lol.

I also work for Boost Mobile. On the portal, under training, I think there is information there too sometimes. It never shows up as a high alert though. I've even seen Cyberscholar have a training course for a phone we didn't carry yet.

I'm hoping that November yields the answer to the question our customers always have. "Is the iphone ever coming to Boost Mobile?" What do you guys think?

If you mostly care about the screen get the F7. It really is nice. In bright sunlight outside you do have to turn up the brightness to max but then it's clear enough.

I still have to practice with the camera. I tried to get some nice shots of various tree colors and while the pictures were sharp the colors were washed out.

My only complaints with the F7 are that GPS is at best unreliable, and they're still working around a locked bootloader. Other than that, it seems fine. LTE is nice, if its available where you are.

Those are good points. Nope, no LTE here, barely even much of a connection at all. But it's fun using this on WiFi and I can hear pretty well on calls even if those I'm calling often complain they can't hear me very well, but that's Sprint service in this area. I have a GPS unit I bought before I had smart phones so I don't need that as much in a phone.

As soon as I can afford the Sprint etf I plan to get a phone to use with ATT. I'll keep my Boost line though.

GoogleMaps found me in 1 second. If you set the screen to stay awake I don't see why it should lose you, but I haven't tested it on a drive.

My GPS performance on F7 degraded over a period of about a month to where it is effectively unusable now. Many report problems, although it also seems to work OK for some people. Glad yours is working.
