200mg medium-well done with garnishing of baby gem, gherkins, slice of tomato and onions, tomato relish sous, topped with bacon and melted grure cheese, and obviously sesame burger buns. would be more than enough.
Homemade/home grilled burgers are better tasting than that sloppy stuff from McD. Nofi.
I do buy burgers from McD but the ones I make taste much better.
IN ME BELLY that's how I like my burgers! HA.
Medium, cheddar, bacon, Worcestershire, lettuce, ketchup, mustard - really really prefer grilled but I can do griddled as well.
Rare with mayonnaise, cheese (any kind) and sauteed onions. If I'm feeling all daring I'll have bacon on it. A simple cheeseburger is just delightful and shouldn't be messed with.
If you can find a local market that sells ground beef with a 10% ground pork... give it a try. I'm not talking about sausage spiced pork.. just ground pork. It will yield a very juicy and tasty burger. It really doesn't matter what you put on a quality burger. If the meat is prepared right and tasty, it makes for a great sandwich.
4 oz burger, freshly made with lean ground beef, lettuce, tomato, slice of red onion, rasher of back bacon, crisply done, some pickle, tomato ketchup, blue cheese and strong cheddar. In a large soft white roll.
