How do you put music onto this phone?

Since I'm planning on getting a micro sd card soon I was wondering how you would put music onto the moto g?

The original Moto G doesn't have an SD card slot, but you can transfer music from your computer using a USB to MicroUSB cable, or directly downloading to the phone.

Most micro SD cards come with an adapter to make it into a full size SD card and then you can just stick it into your computer if your computer has the card readers built in. If not, like @kate said, you can just hook it up to your computer with a USB cable and transfer music/files that way.

There are also "SD card readers" that plug into a USB port. This allows you to read/write the SD card when the adapter is plugged into your computer or a phone that does not have an external SD card.
