Help How do you put the HD on silent mode?

A bit dumb but how do you put the HD on silent mode, in cinemas and so on?

Just hold the volume button until it all the way down

I use that SilentMode OnOff widget, and it works great.

I use the widget that's built in. Go to widgets then settings then profiles. You can change between silent, vibrate only and normal.
