Help How do you read this battery information?

I was surprised to see that Chrome was listed as using more battery than the screen itself, so I was wondering if Chrome was using the battery even when the screen was off.

I circled the part I didn't understand. It looks like it means that most of the time Chrome was using the battery when I wasn't even using the phone, but I'm not sure.

It also lists Cell Standby above screen time, so I wasn't sure what that meant either.

Thanks.

I think you need to take into account what sites you visit using Chrome. Some web sites are more 'static', mostly text with maybe a few graphics, but some sites are much more 'dynamic', full of animations, links, and other eye candy that might also involve more user interactivity.
Actually any browser works really hard. Not only is your browser pulling in various text, images, animations, and of course the hated ads and then rendering everything into what you see on your screen but in the background there are scripts, cookies, and other content typically not just from one web server but several, all of which make up essentially just a basic web page. So your screen, hypothetically, might be 'on' for 30 minutes (accounting for that 12%) while Chrome was only in active use for 15 minutes (or 20% of battery usage). Even if Chrome was in use for a shorter amount of time, when it was being used it required more of your phone's system resources.

Don't know just what 'Cell Standby' actually represents. I've always just assumed it to be just some background process relative to 'cellular' (incoming phone calls). Anyone with something more definitive???

But what is the 1h11m of CPU usage? Does that mean Chrome was used for that long, even though only 15 minutes were in the foreground?

I honestly don't know, I have no clue if that's actual or relative (proportional to the estimated battery capacity) time. I'd guess Chrome might do some idling in the background even after it's been 'minimized' but I wouldn't think it would be that long. ?????
