Root How do you "reload" a rom?

its really annoying to have to reformat everything whenever I want to switch ROMS. I usually use gingersense, so I'm hesitant to restore it from rom manager (an installation from the H Boot menu is needed). how do I "reload" a rom from the Hboot menu?

Go into rom manager, select the option that says "reboot into recovery". And install the rom like you normally would.

Are you asking about using recovery points to switch between roms?
