How do you sync your Android devices?

I recently got my Nexus, and I am in love. I would like to sync my Razr Maxx and Nexus. File sharing basically. Syncing folders when I feel the need.

I'm using ES File Manager, and the Nexus is rooted but the Maxx is not.

Mainly looking to sync photos.

How do you synchronize your devices?

I was hoping for some application like SyncToy for windows...

Pushing files in a synchronized pair over wifi or bluetooth connection.
 
Do a search like 'WiFi sync' in the Play store. There's several good apps that do that. Just find the one you like best.
