How do you unroot a Galaxy S2 version 2.3.3?

I am seriously confused, and I can't find a guide on the internet to help. I don't want to unroot and update it, I just want to unroot it and leave it at android version 2.3.3.

My model number: GT-I9100
Baseband version: I9100XXKF1
Kernal Version: 2.6.35.7-I9100XWKDD-CL161513root@DELL103#2
Build Number: GINGERBREAD.JPKG2

My laptop is a toshiba and has windows 7 - 64bit operating system.

Please help me

You could download the Android 2.3.3 stock firmware for your CSC code and flash it using Odin as described under, "My firmware is not eligible for ICS yet but I want it now!", in this thread, here.
