How does Amazon get the docks?

Just surfing Amazon for stuff and came across this:

They 7 Prime docks, 6 new and 1 used ?????? for sale.
How can they sell them for almost double the retail price of $149.00.
$258.00 new
$245.00 used

Exactly, I worked in the IT department at Amazon work 2 1/2 years and a lot of the people in our warehouse thought the same thing. Unless it says it is sold by Amazon, it is a seller that is selling on Amazon's site.

Sometimes the product is in an Amazon warehouse and got be shipped from them.

So some Amazon sales are kind of like buy now on ebay. I want a dock bad but am not going to pay double. I'm waiting a couple of months before getting one.

No, not like 'But it now'. They are either individuals selling or company's that are running on Amazon, some of which have their stock held at the Amazon warehouse for guaranteed dispatch.
