Help How Does Android Decide

How Does Android OS Decide which apps or files to trust to change root/system props or modify content... I have a moto g Verizon version yay the one kind that has no way of unlocking the bootloader or even temp rooting the damned thing it is locked down tight I was just searching all over for a way to root it even really off the beaten path sites.. downloading from really unreputable sources and such anyways that's my question and why of it kind of it so that maybe somebody can give me a more tailored answer... bc I was thinking if there was a way to give your app whatever it is that Android OS is looking for you could essentially have root access all the time no matter what

Right?... maybe im thinking wrong. im newer to this so I could be way off

In order to give the app the privileges it needs you will need root anyway. I'm afraid there is no back door magic incantation that will let you give e.g. a file manager root access without you already having that.
