How dumb is the Samsung lightray right now?

Buying this phone = FAIL

They should shorten the name and just call it the Samsung galaxy "L".

Metro is releasing phones with specs that rival this phone at a third of the price.

The dial tv doesn't work half the time from what I see in reviews and they're eventually gonna charge for the tv service.

That ghastly antenna.

The galaxy s 3 is coming.

I just don't see how this is a good investment in any sense. The fact that anyone bought this at this price is incredible.

At first I thought it was a nice phone for someone getting their first smartphone but seeing the specs for the motion and the anthem getting this phone makes NO SENSE WHATSOEVER.

we'll all forget this ever happened when the s3 hits metro stores but man did metro doodoo on themselves when they decided to put this phone out for that price.

Speaking of the Lightray being overpriced, VM got the Galaxy Reverb, which looks a bit like a refreched Droid Charge for $250. Comes with a slightly smaller screen (4in v 4.3), but gets ICS and a bumped up processor (1.ghz single core v 1ghz on the Lightray). So to sum it up, yes, its still looking as stupid as ever.
