Help How far can I minimize my phone (uncharted territory)?

I finally rooted my GN.

I have a data only plan, but it comes with a phone number, that is hit with a lot of incoming spam and wrong numbers. Incoming is free, anyway.

I permanently uninstalled everything to do with voice recognition or speech (I am not comfortable with devices that speak or respond to voice).

I permanently uninstalled everything to do with the cloud (same as above).

I froze everything to do with telephony and messaging. I may use it again as a phone one day, but not likely.

I have lots of apps installed.

I have a handy size mini Android tablet now! Am I the first one to try this?
