I need help im stuck in a bootloop

Can you reboot back to recovery and restore your nandroid backup?

Alternatively, try a full wipe and reflashing the ROM again?

and hen I try to factory reset it says unable to mount ' /sd-ext'

you keep getting boot loops either because you are not flashing the correct boot.img with the roms you are trying to flash,or you are flashing things the htc can not run. download a compatible rom and flash it,then flash its boot.img. you should be fine then.
